As an EASA Part 21G Production Organisation, we provide controlled production, assembly, documentation, inspection and release from our facility in Karlsruhe, Germany.
In cooperation with EASA Part 21J Design Organisations, STC holders and certification partners, we support the transition from approved design data to controlled production.

Heli Werk delivers contour plates for business jet connectivity installation
Heli Werk has completed the production and delivery of two large aluminium contour plates for a business jet connectivity installation as part of one of the first projects carried out under our EASA Part 21G approval.
The components were manufactured in cooperation with RAS Engineering and based on approved design data. Production included manufacturing to drawing, inspection within the Heli Werk production system, surface treatment and epoxy coating.
Following completion of the required production and inspection steps, both contour plates were released with EASA Form 1 and delivered to RAS Engineering for the next stage of the project.
The project demonstrates the cooperation between EASA Part 21J design and Part 21G production, turning approved design data into fully documented, deliverable aircraft components.
