DOCUMENTATION & DELIVERY

Design approval and certification activities are handled in cooperation with EASA Part 21J Design Organisations, STC holders and certification partners.

Heli Werk supports the production-relevant side of approved aviation projects and ensures that approved design data can be translated into controlled manufacturing, documentation, inspection and release with EASA Form 1 where applicable.

Capabilities include:

  • Coordination with Design Organisations and approval holders

  • Production-relevant review of approved design data

  • Manufacturing and assembly documentation

  • Conformity inspection support

  • Kits and release documentation

  • Interface management between approval, production and installation
